Usability

15% of the score

Support

Response time to a real ticket, availability of human support, and quality of published documentation.

How we test

  • We open an account and complete verification ourselves, recording how long it takes and what documents are required.
  • We fund each platform with a real deposit and make at least one buy, one sell and one withdrawal to self-custody.
  • We raise a genuine support ticket and time the reply.
  • Fees, country coverage and security disclosures are re-verified at least quarterly, and sooner after an announced change.

Independence

Some links on this site are partner links that earn us a commission. Partners cannot buy a position, a rating or a mention, and every platform is scored against the same rubric whether it pays us or not. Platforms that fail our security checks are excluded regardless of commercial terms.
