How we test
- ✓ We open an account and complete verification ourselves, recording how long it takes and what documents are required.
- ✓ We fund each platform with a real deposit and make at least one buy, one sell and one withdrawal to self-custody.
- ✓ We raise a genuine support ticket and time the reply.
- ✓ Fees, country coverage and security disclosures are re-verified at least quarterly, and sooner after an announced change.
